Frequently asked questions
How do I join?
Create a free Luzara account, or tap the Rewards button on any page and choose Join now. You'll receive 50 welcome points straight away.
How much is a point worth?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and each point is worth 5c — so 100 points gives you $5 off.

Do past orders count?
You start earning points from the day you join Luzara Points. Orders placed before you joined don't count.
